Terms and Conditions

1. Any work submitted will be an original work
   
2. No copyrights will be infringed in the production of the work
   
3. Pixelsurgeon, and its sibling company, Wyld Stallyons, shall be entitled to re-edit submissions to make a single larger piece for the purposes of display
   
4. Pixelsurgeon, and its sibling company, Wyld Stallyons, retain the right to publicly display the work in any format and context
   
5. Work will be submitted in one of the following formats: Uncompressed QuickTime, MPEG4, H.264, DivX
   
6. Travel Expenses and accommodation for prize winners will not be covered.
   
7. Runners up will get either a poster or a soundtrack CD; there is no cash alternative and prizes will given out randomly.
   
8. Email and physical addresses will not be used in any other context other than the competition and will not be supplied to third parties.
